In England in 1995, a town hall caught fire. The fire was substantial, and turned the entire building into rubble overnight. While firefighters battled the flames, however, a man named Tony O'Rahilly grabbed his camera and snapped some pictures of the inferno. As you can see above, one picture he took featured what appears to be a young girl, though no one can account for a young girl being on the scene or one missing after the event. Ghost enthusiasts will point you to a young girl named Jane Churm who died in 1677. She died in a fire that she had accidentally started, which also went on to destroy many homes in the neighborhood. Or it could be an illusion of some sort - what do you think?
